Akontec Store was created by Akontec, a Chennai-based BPO project outsourcing and consultancy firm. Running operations for clients across retail, healthcare, mobility and eCommerce, we kept seeing the same problem: businesses stitching together five disconnected tools that never shared a customer record.
So we built the Akon product family — CRM, HRM, POS, Billing, Helpdesk, Inventory, ERP, PBX and more — on one shared data model, and added virtual AI agents that work inside them. Every product on this store is sold with a free trial, transparent pricing and real support.
