Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These terms govern your use of akontec.store and any software or AI agent subscribed to through it (the "Services"), provided by Akontec Synergy Pvt Ltd ("Akontec"). By creating an account or placing an order you accept them on behalf of yourself and your organisation.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate details and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for your users' compliance with these terms.

3. Free trials and subscriptions

Trials run for 14 days with full features and no payment method. Paid subscriptions renew automatically monthly or yearly until cancelled from your dashboard. Prices are shown in USD; Indian customers are billed in INR at the rate shown at checkout plus GST. We may change prices with 30 days' notice, effective from your next renewal.

4. Cancellation and refunds

Cancel anytime; service continues to the end of the paid period. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the Services to send spam or unsolicited messages in breach of TRAI, TCPA or similar rules, to store unlawful content, to attempt unauthorised access, or to resell the Services without a partner agreement. AI agents must be deployed with the disclosures required by law and must not be used to impersonate a human where prohibited.

6. Customer data and AI

You own your data. We process it only to provide the Services and under our Privacy Policy. Your data is not used to train general AI models. AI agents operate within the limits you configure; you remain responsible for reviewing outputs and for any actions the agents take on your behalf within those limits.

7. Availability and support

We target 99.9% monthly uptime on Premium plans (99.5% on Professional) excluding scheduled maintenance announced 24 hours ahead. Service credits for SLA misses are set out in the plan's SLA schedule. Support is provided by email, chat and ticket 24/7.

8. Intellectual property

The Services, including software, designs and documentation, remain Akontec's property. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use them for your internal business during your subscription.

9. Warranties and liability

The Services are provided "as is" beyond the express commitments here. To the extent permitted by law, Akontec's total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid in that period, and neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate for material breach not cured within 30 days of notice. We may suspend the Services immediately for security threats or unlawful use. On termination you may export your data for 30 days.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu have exclusive jurisdiction, after a good-faith attempt to resolve any dispute by negotiation.
