Refund Policy
When and how refunds are issued for Akontec Store subscriptions.
Monthly plans
Monthly subscriptions are not refundable once the billing period starts, because you can cancel at any time and the free trial lets you evaluate the product fully beforehand. Cancel from your dashboard and access continues until the period ends.
Yearly plans
Yearly subscriptions are refundable in full within 14 days of the first payment. After 14 days, they are non-refundable but can be cancelled to stop renewal.
Duplicate or erroneous charges
If you are charged twice or for a plan you did not choose, contact us within 30 days and we will refund the erroneous amount in full.
Usage charges
Consumed usage (SMS, WhatsApp messages, call minutes, AI conversations beyond a plan's bundle) is non-refundable.
Implementation and custom services
Services delivered by Akontec's team (migration, custom development, training) are governed by their statement of work and are not covered by this policy.
How to request a refund
Email support@akontec.com from your account email with the invoice number. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
