How is it paid for?
Once. A licence is bought per product in USD excluding tax, and there is no monthly or annual fee for the licence itself. The price includes the first 12 months of hosting, updates and support.
Do I need help to set it up?
Implementation is quoted separately from $499 and covers data migration, configuration, go-live and training. It is compulsory on Business and Enterprise tiers.
Can I move up a tier later?
Yes. Pay the difference between the licence you hold and the one you want; your data and configuration carry over.
